Scottish-based charity Mary’s Meals has received a £425,000 funding boost thanks to players of People’s Postcode Lottery. This will help to provide life-changing school meals for some of the world’s poorest children.
The £425,000 cheque was handed over at a presentation in Dalmally, Argyll, at the shed which still serves as Mary’s Meals’ global headquarters. In attendance were Magnus MacFarlane-Barrow, Global Chief Executive of Mary’s Meals, People’s Postcode Lottery players Tracey Black and Gilli Chrystal, and Callum Aitken, Programmes Advisor with People’s Postcode Lottery.
